The Latest from the WIC Mobile Nursery The Health Department’s mobile nursery was purchased for the promotion of breastfeeding among women. The mobile nursery has been helpful as a rest stop and changing station at the Wayne County Fair and Fairfield Fall Fun Fest. WIC Director Sharon Vaughan has been asked to take the mobile nursery to Springfield for a WIC convention. The Nursery has appeared at both the Springfield Fair and the Du Quoin State Fair during Summer 2003.
